The Key to Better aging: More NAD+

Most skincare works on the surface. Aramore goes where real aging begins: the basal layer of the skin, where new cells form. Backed by decades of research from Harvard and MIT scientists, Aramore is the first topical system designed to support skin’s NAD+ — the molecule your cells rely on for repair, energy, and resilience.

As NAD+ naturally declines with age, visible changes follow: dullness, uneven tone, fine lines, and loss of firmness. Aramore’s unique complex of NAD+ precursors, ketones, and fatty acids helps replenish cells at the source for skin that acts healthier and younger.

Clinically shown to improve tone, radiance, smoothness, and firmness as soon as 28 days.

McDonough Native Builds Coffee Brand

From police officer to founder, Pressley now serves her community one cup at a time from her signature shipping container.

MCDONOUGH — “I’m obsessed with people. Coffee just happens to be the vehicle.” Pressley says it like it’s obvious, but her path to building Shipped Coffee Co. was anything but. Before coffee, she spent eight years as a police officer, with service always at the center of her work.

When the world slowed down during COVID, she made a decision. “I just decided… I’m going to do coffee.” Not a traditional shop, but a shipping container she designed and built from the ground up, figuring it out in real time.

What followed was more than a business. It became a space rooted in community, intention, and a belief that it’s always been about people first.

EyeQ: AI Tips for Real Life

EyeQ is now a weekly Monday feature right here in The Eagle Eye Digest.

If you haven’t already, take a minute to download a free AI tool, also called an AI assistant, like ChatGPT, Claude, or Google Gemini. You can find them in your app store. If you’re not sure which one to choose, start with any of them. They all work in similar ways.

Alright, let’s get into it.

Let AI Help You Write Your Resume

If updating your resume has been sitting on your to-do list, this one’s for you.

Instead of starting from scratch or paying someone right away, open your AI assistant and try:
“Help me write a resume for a customer service role using this experience.”
or
“Rewrite my resume to sound more professional and results-driven.”

You can upload your current resume or paste your experience and ask AI to refine or tailor it to a specific job.

👉 “Rewrite my resume to match this job description. Highlight relevant experience and make it results-driven.”
👉 “Tailor my resume for this role and make it more compelling to a hiring manager.”

AI can also write cover letters:

👉 “Write a personalized cover letter for this job using my experience. Keep it clear, professional, and aligned with the role.”

AI isn’t perfect. You may hear the term “hallucinate,” which means it can make things up. Always review for accuracy. The upside? The structure is usually strong, which is always saves you time. 👁️
